We adopted a 10 month old puppy at the SPCA last week and he’s had two accidents on the carpet in the office.

The carpet is on top of solid oak hardwood floors.

What’s the best way to clean the stains w/o a shampooer?

Resolve has semi-worked. Now there are rings EW

Here is a site that I would highly recommend. They have very high quality stain removal techniques. I would suggest repeating the process after the first application, and rinsing the rug out with cool water in between applications. Best of luck!

We have always used Folex to clean up pet stains, though we’ve never had a big accident with any of our dogs, only when they were little puppies (3-4 months max). Folex has worked well to eliminate both the stain and the odor. I know they sell carpet cleaner specifically for pet stains at pet stores though.
