If the stain is from a ballpoint pen, spray it with hairspray and wash in detergent and warm water. It may take one or two washes but it will work.

I just went thru this myself except I washed a felt tip pen with a whole load of laundry. The only thing that worked was bleach. I tried 3 different cleaners (Spray and Wash Dual Power- which made the stain bleed outwards) regular spray and wash- did nothing and Tide Buzz- also nothing. I eventually gave up half filled my kitchen sink with water and a good cup or two of bleach and soaked it til the stain disappeared. I may have over did it on the bleach but it worked and I was at my wits end. Be careful with the bleach depending on fabric type.

Lemon Juice. Soak it in lemon jucie over night and blot it out do not rub. Then rinse with cold water. If it does not work first time repat but soak longer like a couple days. It worked on stamp ink my son stamped all over the van seats and it removed every bit of it. Try putting it in a ziplock bag to saok it in.
