Pour enough peroxide on it to cover the stain, then wash in cold water. Peroxide works great to get out blood stains, I learned that from working in the nursing home, that is what we used on sheets and clothing.

I prefer using "Zout". It is on the market and can be purchased at Walmart. It takes out all kinds of stains!

use a rag with cold water rub the spot, after use any detergent like tide or sunlight, and continue to rub, the blood should be gone. Allways use cold water with blood thats the trick.

Use hydrogen peroxide. Just dab it on the stain and rub a little. It’ll come right off and it doesn’t harm the fabric either. Plus, you don’t need to wash or wet the entire comforter. Very convenient for regular comforters and neccessary for feather ones (which can not get wet).

try hydrogen peroxide. It works great for bloodstains and is safe on most fabric. Just pour directly on the stain let sit for a couple of minutes, rinse with cold water and repeat if nessisary. I’ve had great luck with it.

Blot with White Vinegar and then wash in washing machine with a cup of White Vinegar, no detergent or fabric softner added, put it through a full cycle, your comforter will come out clean and soft and the blood stain will be removed. Good Luck !
