    No, but any nail polish will if you leave it on to long

    if you get any sort of nail polish color on your fingures, it’s going to stay, because that’s what nail polish was made for, to stick till its worn out, or till you take it out with nail polish remover, or till you chip it off

    yes, after it comes of your nails are yellowish & can look liek you smoke like nicateen but it goes away
