Cold water and soap. I don’t think you need to be embarassed about it. She’s had her period for longer than you’ve been alive, so chances are, she has encountered blood stains on more than one occasion. Embarassing…meh. Maybe a little bit, but in the large scheme of things, it really isn’t a big deal, Sweetheart. Go ahead and talk to mom.

You can put it in the washer on delicate. Put bleach in it. r you can use water and soap to scrub out the stain. But you should talk to your mom! She would know a lot more and would get upset about this! =)

First take sheet off of bed and wash it with cold water, not warm, pure cold water and some soap, it can just be the hand soap you have by the sink, and if that doesn’t take it out then wash it in the washing machine with some detergent and that should work.

Rinse it under cold water. I use this little green bottle called Soilove it is found in 99 cents stores and in some 98 cents stores. The stuff works great on all kinds of stains.

Just wash your sheets with Clorox.

Tell your mom you had a "Leak" … She’ll most definately know what you mean, and then ask her if she can clean your bed spread… Trust me honey, your mom has had this happen to her before, there’s nothing to be embarassed about!

Period for 6 months?!?! Not good! You should go see your doctor about some birth control to regulate your period… several of my friends have done this and it was so effective I STRONGLY recommend it!

As for the bed sheets, wash them with plenty of soap and cold water… Use to work for me when I had that problem… But to prevent it in the future, wearing a tampon to bed is a good idea, just remember to change it if you plan on sleeping for more than 8 hours!

**I think uglygurl made a typo and meant to say she wouldn’t get upset about it**
