Bleach is the last resort. It is very likely to ruin the shirt. It’s a designer shirt, and such items are usually made of mixed natural and synthetic fibers. These fibres don’t respond too well to bleach. First, try to wash the shirt as per instructions. The stain may come out without anything more than that.
Try a spot remover, before the bleach.
Finally, it would be good if you mentioned the fabric content and color of the shirt. The fabric content should be on the tag. The only way bleach will help is if the shirt is white 100% cotton.

Check the inside of the shirt and see if there is a label, it should tell you how to clean it. To be on the safe side, I would use Tide with bleach and clean it that way.
