    Yes, It can stain your floor if left there for a few hours, urine has a high acidity level with will eat the protective coating of laminate, usaully you can remove stains by buying some Clorox brand Bleach and and pouring full strength over the stained area, it will bleach the color, or will make it look better

    If you clean it up right away than no the acids in the urine would not have had enough time to eat through the protective coating of your laminate,
