Dog throw-up on the carpet, how do i remove it, and the stain?

My grandmas dog jumped up ate an entire bag of halloween chocolates and puked it on the carpet, the stain is a darkbrown, what solutions should i go through to clear the stain, right now I sprayed 409 on the carpet and its soaking in a wet towl?? How do I remove the freaken stain!!! Please help or or im gonna be in huge trouble!!

    Dark Chocolate can be deadly to a dog you are lucky thats the worst you got, try a little club soda!!!

    salt is good for getting rid of the slimey residue sponge it up with plain water, then put salt over the top, to dry out the oil, the hoover!!

    Got Dogs , got messes, I ‘ve used shaving cream not the gel kind but something cheap like barbasol or colgate , clean up as much as you can then foam it and work it in ,use no water and just keep using paper towels. old rags work well too ,and it removes the stain and the smell. works for the other end accidents too, you can also try white vinegar. Good luck

    new and it works. you have to get it on the web called Oder. it work i work with animals. and we keep it. on carpet you have to use it a few times for the Oder because carpet is in layers.its good with Stan’s hears a trick for caroit Stan’s use a pamper or other Dipper helps absorbs the stain.
