I was feeding my baby and she got food on her little shirt. I left the shirt in the laundry room for a couple of days, now the stain wont come out. What can I do to remove the stain.

Soak it in some warm water and baking soda for a few hours and then put it in the wash or hand wash.

It’ll be easier to figure out what will work if you know exactly what the stain is. GL!

look for some baby safe cleaning detergent, things like bleach can irratate the babies skin

Us galatic chickens think that it is pointless to remove stains off of baby clothing as there will be much more to come.

Well…One of the things u could do is to buy one of those rubbing things that cleans the stains off or u could wash the clothe with special washing soap (look carefully for that one)

I usu use Oxy Clean baby or just Oxy Clean if you’ve already washed it you can try the powder and a little water, scrub together and hope for the best. It has worked for me before.

It depends on what the stain is. You didn’t mention what the food was. Some foods will not come out no matter what you do. Unfortunally because it sat it may be permanent. you have to attempt to clean all things like that right away.

Aah nightmare…if it’s carrot, forget it! I think it actually dies the material. If you don’t want to use chemicals like Vanish etc..try bicarbonate of soda and vinegar

Peroxide! Trust me…it gets out everything from dried-in food stains, to grass stains, to blood. Just wet the area and pour a cap full of Peroxide on the stain, rub gently and let it sit for a few minutes. I guarantee you it will come out! My kids come home everyday from school with either grass stains in their pants or dried food stains on their shirts and it really works.

oxyclean… I had a onsie that had dried poop on it, it was white, my son had a blow out while at mimi n papas, I put it in a plastic bag n forgot all about it, found it well over a week later, didnt rinse it out – sprayed it with oxy clean let it sit for about 10 min’s then just threw it in the wash it came out no problem…

(BUT if you have already washed it once and it didnt come out this may not work, you may have already ‘set" the stain esp if you already dried it!)

This is the one I have been using – LOVE IT
