Put some liquid detergent right on the stain and put it through the wash(alone,so it wont stain other clothes)
If it doesnt come out put some amonia on the stain and wash it.
If it doesnt come out try the same thing with ‘lestoil’ available at grocery store.
Only one cleaner at a time.
Don’t use bleach, it doesn’t affect grease.
Most important, dont put it through the dryer until you get the stain out. because that would burn it on

Apply some Dawn dish liquid directly to the stains.=)

    1) What is the material of the shirt? In a lot of synthetics, it will leave a stain regardless what you do.
    2) Take it to the cleaners they are experts at it.

Walmart sells good dress shirts. I’m a guy, and I get grease on my good shirts all the time.
    Cotton makes good oil rags.

Removing grease from cotton: Use powder or chalk to remove as much grease as possible, pre treat with detergent or liquid shampoo and launder in hottest water possible, use plenty of detergent and check the fabric it should be slippery with soap. Launder twice adding vinegar at the final rinse to help remove soap. Check that stain is gone before putting the shirt in the dryer.
