    My stain removing techniques::

    Cold water – use a toothbrush to scrub with cold water

    Or mix water with baking soda and scrub – this will dry as a white kinda patch (it’s just baking soda so when you see it, just suck it up with the vacuum, when it’s dry) – DD had a white collar of her dress stain PINK from the red dress and this mixture took it off…

    Do you have a steam cleaner? I had the thing take deep green paint out of my blue carpet recently

    Try alochol (rubbing), hydrogen peroxide –
    Try hairspray on the stain

    Very very tough carbonated water may help oxygenated cleaner

    My hair stylist told me that Head & Shoulders shampoo will take wine stains out of a carpet (think about THAT next time you use it on your hair!)

    Club soda may work too, or anything carbonated that won’t stain it further. One time at Fenway Park my sister got ketchup on her white Red Sox jersey, and she wet a napkin with beer and dabbed at the stain with it and it actually worked.
