I have a stain on my purse. It looks like it came from rubbing against my jeans as I walk. Is there some kind of solution that I could use to remove it?

But white shoe polisher, I’m pretty sure it will work, I’ve used black shoe polisher on a black faux leather purse i had.

Try some white toothpaste. Put it on the stain and use an old toothbrush to scrub it gently onto and into the stain. Then wipe it off with a damp cloth and it should come off.

    well
all u need is a white shoe shiner ( the one u buy when u get a dressy shoe)
and then dab three daps onto the bag and spread it all over the spot using a sponge…. wait till its completely dry before using it again

Use the Mr Clean Magic Eraser. If the eraser doesnt work, what works well for removing ink from leather is petroleum jelly, so it should work well on the dye stain. Rub some jelly into the area and let set for a day then clean off.
    Good luck!

I would go to the store and get a leather cleaner, You can use commercial cleaners but they might take the finish off also, as they might be too harsh.
