Since you have already dried it, it’s probably set in. But you could still try some Dawn dish liquid.(It’s a great grease/oil remover:) Good luck!

Those solid stain sticks work the best for me when I have washed an item and discover a stain still there. I use the Spray & Wash brand, cover the stain but do let it sit at least overnight to work…2 – 3 days is better. These sticks get out motor oil, mysterious "oily" looking stains that I never know for sure what kids got in, etc.

the only thing i use on grease stains is WD-40 (yes, WD-40). it’s even gotten old stains out like yours, so it’s worth a try.

spray it on all of the grease spots – put something behind the top layer so it doesn’t soak thru to a part of the shirt that doesn’t need it. (it works to recontitute the dried grease so a degreaser can then lift it out.) then put a degreaser like dawn dishsoap on the grease spots. you don’t need to scrub it, just make sure it’s rubbed in well. then put it in the washer on a cold setting with regular laundry soap. don’t dry it – it may take another treatment, although i’ve never had to do it more than twice. you may need to wash it again with a regular load of clothes to get the grease scent out, but that will come out in the regular wash.
