I have tried everything I can think of to get it out including a stain remover. Tide pen. cold water soap and many other things.

Mustard stains are one of the most toughest stains to remove, ask any professional dry cleaner. At home try ammonia with a soft tooth brush that will eliminate the protein that's in the mustard, follow with a non chlorine powdered bleach, flush out with cold water then brush baking soda and vinegar ( will Fizz) then flush out again. may need to let shirt soak in very warm water and "BIZ" non-chlorine detergent.

You may have already set the stain however try soaking the area in some white vinegar and cold water. Let it soak for a few hours, works on most stains.

Here are a couple of things I would try. If it's a white shirt I would just try a clorox pen. They deliver concentrated bleach to just that spot. If you can't find one take regular chlorine bleach and dab some on the spot with a q-tip and rinse it off as soon as it starts to fade. Repeat until it's gone. IF that doesn't work I would try some Oxy-clean just follow the package instructions for stain removal. If you have dishwasher detergent–the powder or liquid that goes in the machine–you can make a paste with a little water and put some of that on the spot. It has chlorine in it and is a powerful stain remover. Good Luck!

    Try this:
1.) Make a paste with meat tenderizer and a little water.
2.) Using an old tooth brush, scrub the stain with the paste.
3.) Allow to set for a while, possibly over night.
    4.) Launder as usual.
    GOOD LUCK!!

If the shirt is 100% cotton, I just take a wet rag in a diluted water and clorox and rub……anything comes out….
