After removal you should apply a water/oil repellent to protect the floor maybe. There’s a product called Faceal Oleo that uses nanotechnology to repel any contaminants. It stops any staining liquid or oil (even paint) from penetrating the concrete surface, it’s non slip and allows the concrete to "breathe". This is NOT a coating so it does not attach itself to your floor, it’s simply a barrier.

CLR or such product that removes calcium deposits. That works great on any urine stains.
