    According to the "Queen of Clean", Linda Cobb, wine removes wine.

    With that in mind, dab White Vinegar on the stain using a clean rag.

    Dab and wipe until the stain is gone.

    (Vinegar is basically very strong wine.)

    IF it can be done, a shoe repair shop is the place to have it done.
