    go to the store and buy stuff called iron out in the laundry section I use it all the time soak the item in water with some of the iron out until stains are gone and launder as usual I have used it on clothes that had rust stains that were over 2 or 3 months old stuff works great

    pour a can of cocacola in the washer with the clothing to be washed.
