The urine was allowed to seep into the mattress and went uncleaned for several months. I tried soaking the mattress in Nature’s Miracle (http://www.naturemakesitwork.com/home/index.php), but the stain and smell is still there. How can I remove the stain and smell from this mattress? I need something that will penetrate deep into the pillow top to get all the urine that has dried in there.
