    if you can’t get out with cold water, put peroxide on it. will help, do not put in dryer until you have it out or you will set the stain

    Hydrogen Peroxide and white liquid hand or dish detergent.

    May need to repeat.

    usually cold water works… they also sell special stain removers for blood too
