I asked a similar question a month or so ago, and got several great ideas, My daughter had spilled a whole bottle of red nail polish on my light berber carpet, the best thiing that worked was nail polish remover and a tooth brush..then you dab it up with a towel. I also used an iron and poured the nail polish on top of the stain, then placed a wet wash cloth over it and ironed it slowly..Depending on the color of your carpet you may want to test a small spot that is not visible to make sure it doesnt turn the carpet a different color. You can also look on the internet sight, ask.com it is quite helpful as well…Best of luck to you, I had several answers, baking soda paste also is a good one, mix baking soda with water, also you can spray hair spray on the sight it works on just about anything, I use hairspray on laundry stains as well. Sorry this is soooo long, but I wanted to give you multiple options that have worked for me…lol Good luck and dont stress over it, one of these ideas will most likely work for you…. :o )
