Well- I`ve had a lot of people ask me this question over and over again i work at a beauty salon.

The way is you want to do this is have your hands in hot water for 20 minutes tops. Then your nails should be pretty soft. Now this next procedure might sound painful, or harmful to you but you must take a cutical cutter and take off the nail polish you would scrape of the nail polish as if it were your cutical.

you can buy products to take the stains out. At some drug stores or ULTA or Sally Beauty.
But try using a base coat before usig dark or red nail colors and use acetone base nail polish remover. not non aceton, moisturizing or sensitive.

Slice a lemon in half and rub over your nails, that should bleach the stains out, or maybe rub or brush a little smokers tooth polish powder over them, and then in future, always use base coat first, before applying your bright colours

your nails are a funny orange or yellow color yea? your nails are not getting the oxygen they need, if you don’t paint your nails for 2-3 days it will go away. However if you keep painting them it will get worse. Think of it almost as like clogging the pores of your nails..
