    Try Iron Out – it’s a powder, but you could sprinkle it on the spot and add a bit of water to make a paste. It should take care of it. There is also a liquid product called Whink it’s in a copper colored bottle at the hardware store. That should work on contact.

    muriatic acid. BE VERY CAREFULL! please go to the library and get a how to book so you know the proper way to play with dangerouse acid. after you acid wash i recomend that you stain it with H&C concrete stain.

    CLR might do it, but there are rust removers you can buy at a hardware store. I no for sure muratic acid is used for this and to clean brick and cement. I don’t believe you will have to go to using the acid. call a hardware or janitorial supply store.

    If you want to do this the "natural" way. Try lemons. Just cut them in half and rub, really hard on the rust. Also, there is the chemical called CLR, this does work quit well.
