Swirl a handful of uncooked rice in a solution of lemon juice or vinegar and warm water to remove residue inside a decanter or a vase. For tougher stains, try warm water with a denture-cleaning tablet, allowing it to soak

    soak it with white vinegar

Use a soft cloth to rub gently on the stain. If it does not come off, let the vinegar sit for another hour or two. Repeat.

and in case the neck of the vase is to narrow use a baby bottle brush to get to the areas that you can’t access with you’re hand.

Try a spoon full of backing soda and a half a cup of veniger with a cup of watter and let it soak over night then wash it out with a bottle brush and a little dish soap it will sparkle

If the vinegar doesn’t work, use crushed ice. Just fill the vase with crushed ice, then swirl around. This takes the coffee stains out of my coffee pot. I’m sure it will work on your vases.

Vinegar has been mentioned and is very good. If vinegar doesn’t do it ..try a denture cleaning tablet. Fill vase with water and drop denture tablet in. Let it sit over night ..rinse and see if it isn’t sparkling and clean.
