First off, no matter what you use, test the solution on the fabric first. You don’t want to remove the stain by replacing it with a bleach stain or something to that effect. I found that hydrogen peroxide works very well. Poor some over the stain let it sit for 5 minutes and rinse. Remeber that peroxide is a mild bleach so it will deteriorate the fabric if it its for too long. You could also try ammonia (if you don’t have ammonia, try using windex- not just any glass cleaner – it has ammonia it it) spray it on, scrub with a tooth brush or by rubbing it together and rinse.

    Best of luck

Use Shout spot remover , if it doesnt come out the first time do NOT dry it. try again.I usually spray it on and use an old soft toothbrush to scrub at it a little.
If it is white yuo can use some bleach on it and wash.

also I keep handi wipes ( hand wipes) in my car, for some reason they work to clean a spill off of clothes and keep it from staining.

oxy-clean, but if it is an old stain it is pretty much useless, the stain is already set
