Make a paste of baking soda and a liquid dish soap, such as Dawn. Apply it to the stain and let it sit for 30 minutes or so. Launder as usual.

Try using a combination of dishwashing liquid, some type of abrasive cleaner like Comet and a spot remover like Shout.
Use a stiff brush on it , toothbrush, scrub brush and scrub the h-ll out of it. If it is white you can just drop bleach on it and rinse by hand

My husband is in the restaurant business and gets grease stains on his clothes almost daily. Put dishwashing soap on the spot and let it soak for a few hours before washing it in HOT water.

PS – Comet contains bleach, so don’t use it unless the hoodie is white.

This is not a grease stain. A vomit stain is similar to a urine stain. There are a couple of product that you can use. I recommend Carbona Stain Devils #7 formula..
