I was going through my volleyball bag and noticed that one of my knee pads was all red. So i took everything out of my bag I noticed I had an empty bottle of gatorade. Last, I took out my white uniform and noticed a huge red stain on the front and back of my uniform. It belongs to my school and I need to get the stain out by 2 days from today. Help me please.

I use liquid Cascade for the dishwasher. Put some on the stain and let it sit and rinse when dry. Then launder with your reg detergent. It should come out. Has worked for me on poly and cotton. Try it on a spot that won’t show first.

bleach pens could work since they target the problem but make sure they are safe to use on the nylon also try a couple of products you can get from the store. Theres a stain remover called zout I used to use on my uniforms all the time otherwise these stain removers called stain devils that you buy depending on what was spilled on the fabric. Theres also a brand called RIT that is actually fabric dye but they make some laundry aids that are stain removers and brighteners etc. The RIT you might need to go to a craft store to get but make sure you dont buy dye, make sure its a stain remover and good luck to you. I know my coaches would get ticked about that kind of stuff.
