    Try some rubbing alcohol…

Hair spray removes ink stains. Spray generously on the clothing, let set until the stain lifts from the clothing, then wash in cool water with detergent in the washer. If a lot of clothing is involved, go to the dollar store & buy cheap hair spray. Since the clothing was dryed, the stains may not come out but try the hairspray anyway. Good luck!

GENERIC pump-style liquid hair spray is what works on ball point ink. It will be more difficult to remove the stain since the dryer has set and hardened it.
Put a wad of paper toweling under each ink stain. Take off the hair spray pump top and pour a small amount into the stain, gently blotting the ink down into the paper towel wad. Continue this process until the stain softens and lightens. Don’t use too much liquid, as you don’t want the dissolved ink/spray solution to spread further.
Have patience… this will take some time.

Carbona (brand name) has a ball point ink remover, but it works just about the same as generic hair spray and is rather pricey. I’ve also had good luck with a citrus-oil pump spray I get from Walmart called Desolvit.

This may be a job for a professional dry cleaner if none of these methods work.
