Treat the spot with Hydrogen Peroxide, rubbing carefully until the blood is removed. Then wash in cold water as hot water will set any remaining stain. That should do the trick as it has always worked for me!

  2. Tio says:

i little bit of bleach then wash with the rest of your white clothes

Soak it in hot, hot water !
    And then clean it ?

Hydrogen peroxide first to oxidize the blood then bleach, if needed

Use peroxide. It will eat the blood out. then wash it in bleach and water in a washing machine.

We just had this happen recently and the blood was already dried. I soaked the shirt in cold water for a couple days. Then I washed as usual and it all came out. I'm pretty sure the soaking it in cold water is the key.

  7. cross-stitcher says:

If these are fresh blood stains, rub some laundry detergent into the
stains and soak in cold water for about 5-10 minutes and
    laundered as usual.

  8. Teresa H says:

Spot treat with either peroxide or Oxy Clean and then launder.
