    Spray some hairspray on it and then let it sit for a minute or two then spray Shout on it. Wash it and it should come out clean. Hairspray has gotten many stains out for me, including blood and grease.

    Simply rub table salt with cold water and work it out, then machine wash if desired. This method works for removing blood and ketchup stains as well, even after it has dried.
