My best trick for oil stains on surfaces that are delicate is a small heap of baby powder left on the stain for a few hours then brushed or vacuumed off. May take several applications but it really works to absorb the grease. I have never tried this on motor oil, but it might be worth a go, probably won't make it worse.
Other than this, you might try using a higher fraction oil, like baby oil, which should work as a solvent on the heavier motor oil. First, press a paper towel on the motor oil stain to absorb as much as possible. Then try dabbing a little baby oil on a cotton ball on the stain, see if it lifts the motor oil out. If this works, then use the powder trick to remove the baby oil.

Your last chance is to try Goo Gone.It does remove oil.But I can't promise what it will do to suede. You can find it at Wall Mart or Krogers. It's orange in a spray bottle. Try just a touch of it on a small part of the boot first. Then see what happens after the stain comes out.Good luck
