My chair has a porous cotton lining and now due to bleach the navy blue color has white spots on it. I tried to paint it with fabric paint but the stops are still visible and the cloth has become hard. How can i remove those? If that is not possible then can i buy some sort of cloth to cover it? How would i do that?
