Sand and refinish them. If the stains are bad enough, or deep (Like if the animal continually went it the same place), you might end up having to pull up those sections and replace the sub-floor.

I think that you’re going to have to sand the floors….but won’t they look BEAUTIFUL once they’re done?!!

From what I’ve seen, you can’t.(And you are asking in the wrong section.)

mean green but air out your house and where a protective cask(its deadly good) oh dont let it sit to long it will eat through the floor lol

Omygosh – you are looking at refinishing the floors, friend. Nothing else will get rid of those stains. Sorry!

I think you’d have to refinish the floors. No easy way to get liquid stains out of wood. The pee probably has warped the wood. You may want to refinish them anyway if they’ve been under carpet for 13 years.

    they need refinishing anyway

sand them down to bare wood. i used water bleach mixture.
start like cup of bleach to a gal, increase if necessary. let it soak in a bit just on stained area, try not to get it on the unstained wood too much. mop it up rinse with fresh water well. let dry. varnish etc. anyway i found info by searchin on the web. mine were really bad. they did not all come out completely. but after varnishing. some people remark it looks pretty neat with the patterns in the wood. they never imagine why it is there. just that it looks nice.
sorry lazy typing hope this helps.

btw i bought the house with the stained floors under old carpet.
in the end though it looks good.
