Can’t get them off. The countertops are cheap and white..

If Mr. Clean Magic Eraser doesn’t work, try Barkeeper’s Friend. You can buy it next to Ajax and Comet. Make it into a paste by adding a bit of water and let it sit for a few minutes. Then clean as usual. It also removes sweat stains and rust stains from clothes! Read the can, it has a ton of uses!!

I am not kidding you: The magic eraser!!
I didn’t think it would work but I had some pasta stains on my white counter and it just would not come off! Then my husband bought the eraser on sale so I tried it and it came off!!
It’s a little pricey for a sponge but it is well worth it.
Even did an awesome job on my tub too! I didn’t know it was that white! :)

Also try Fantastik with Bleach. It’s amazing. The stains lift almost immediately.

409 kitchen cleaner will work for the Kool-Aid, but for the rust ring I would try CLR. You can find it in any hoem center, like Home Depot/Lowes even at some Savons, target, etc…
    Good Luck

you could also try baking soda and vinegar
vinegar is a natural bleach, and baking soda is a mild abrasive.
I used baking soda to remove a rust stain from my bathroom sink. But the finish is not porous. That can make a difference.
    Also Comet with bleach.
