    when we spill purple primer, glue, and other things such as wood stains on concrete we have used clear pvc primer to remove it effortlessly. pour it on the stain and it washes away like water! try it!

    I’m assuming its just a small spot that you spilt because I’ve never heard of anyone staining concrete before. I’ve had this problem myself and pouring some laquer over it, then letting it sit for a while will loosen it up, then take a thick brissle brush and rub it off. shouldnt be too hard if its just a small spot. otherwise, get some of that green astroturf carpet and put over it.
