    Put a plastic bag under the page and try dabbing it with a q-tip with some hydrogen peroxide on it. Blot it with a paper towel and dry it with a blow dryer.

    Try dabbing the stain with a tissue or paper towel damp with hydrogen peroxide.

    You can get the page quite wet, actually, and let it air dry. BUT…try it on the printing ink first–like on the title page or some other non-text portion of the book–to see if the peroxide bleaches out the printing. If it does, then don't use it. Instead, try rinsing the stain with plain cold water and letting the page air dry by itself–so it doesn't stick to the other pages.
