    What stains ? ^^ I am french and drank red wine all my life but never had any stain on my teeth..
    I did have a friend who drank some California red wine and stained his tongue..

    The only way you want to avoid staining your teeth while drinking it is to sip it with a straw. I want to do it with hot coffee, tea too, I think we should start doing it so it does not look strange in a restaurant.

    As a red wine drinker from way back, I’ve never noticed a stain on either teeth or lips, either on myself or other drinkers. What have I missed? If it really is a problem, perhaps eating between sips of wine would be the solution.
