I think I’ve heard that hydrogen peroxide poured on the stain will take it out. Make sure you take care of it ASAP! Good luck!

50% peroxide/water mix. Let it soak a few minutes and wash it. You can repeat if it doesn’t completely remove the stain the first time.

just get some stain remover from your moms cleaning closet spray a bunch on and let it sit for about 5 minutes and use cold water to rinse it out.

Hydrogen peroxide will remove it. Watch for the bubbly action, that is normal. It removes blood easily!

  8. Emilio says:

Oxydizing agents like Chlorine or Peroxide don’t remove blood stains. They hide them by bleaching the stains until they are invisible.

    * Fresh blood stain removal -

    1. Flush as much of the blood away in cold water.
    2. Wash with any laundry powder or "Woolite for woolens" in cold water (Temps >35 C or 95 F set blood stains).
    3. Then rinse with cold water.

    * Set blood stains (Yellow rust like stains contain iron) -

For set blood stains, a Phosphoric or Oxalic acid containing rust removers (Try RoVer, Whink – Home Depot) can be used to dissolve stains. Rinse twice with warm water.
Then wash as normal with laundry detergent.

    Good Luck!!

Wash with warm water and scrub it with some detergent, immediately.
It won’t go if it gets completely dry.
