This depends on what type of leather you have, if it is an aniline style leather that absorbs moisture the chocolate will be in the leather and therefore cannot be cleaned out. We have had good results from heating the area with a hairdryer which will dissipate the oils in the chocolate and make it less obvious. On this type of leather a good leather protector is essential to inhibit these sort of things from happening.

Putting lime juice on it will only make matters worse and cause more staining.

If the stain is on pigmented leather then a good leather cleaner should clear up the problem followed again by a leather protector. On this type of leather the chocolate should not really cause a stain.
