how do you get a dried on mustard stain off a brand new polo shirt?

I just got this brand new soft polo shirt on Easter and i got mustard on it with out knowing my mom washed it and dried it and has used oxyclean but will not come out Does anyone know how to get it off??
please help me

    put lime first wait 20 minute and clean with soap.

    Try soaking the polo shirt in half a bucket of hot water mixed some clothes detergents and add half cap of Dettol for half an hour. Then get a good scrapper made of easily bent hard material and scrub it for 15 minutes with constant dipping in the water detergent mixture. You can repeat this if the stain has partially been removed.

    Try using an ice cube to harden the stain and then peal it off.
