My son has this white shirt with black and red writing on it. Its on the back and front. I want to bleach it but I am afraid to ruin the writing.

Oh yes, the bleach would definately ruin any color on the shirt. It could even cause it to bleed more onto the white. Use Shout, laundry stain treatment. To me, it’s a miracle worker. You have to allow it to set on the stain awhile to allow it to do its thing. Spray a second time and rub the fabric together, and then launder in any detergent, along with some Clorox 2 which is a bleach FOR colored laundry, but, will also help the white be brighter.

This could be a tough one, there is no guarantee that this will work for black and red writing but its worth a shot! Out some spray and wash all over it and let it sit for about 15 minutes and then let it soak in some bleach water, more bleach than water, for about an hour, and then wash it like how you would regularly!

Try usingdawn soap and water. Damp area and put a little bit of dawn soap on stain and either a old toothbrush or a cloth to scrub Depending on what the stain is. It should come up.

i use white king, or napisan white ultra, but one that my nanna taught me: sard wondersoap. it truly is wonderful. classic, worthy and cheap. best thing: it works. also try a gentle was with baking soda and really weak bleach solution if these dont work
