Soak in cold water, pour hydrogen peroxide(brown bottle) directly onto the stains until gone.=)

run your pants in cold or cool water wash first, then in regular wash if you have determined that the blood is washed out. You can use the Hydrogen Peroxide if you want. I use it on quilts and other hand needle work when I prick my finger. It removes those little spots very well. Doesn’t damage the fabrics either.

Don’t dry the pants in the dryer until the stain is gone. Peroxide works well, as does oxy clean, and stain stick, which removed a similar stain from my jammies just yesterday.

But no, just throwing them in the washing machine will probably not do the trick.

It should come out if you wash it normally. Try spraying shout stain treater on it, oxi clean, or putting some oxi clean powder in the washer. Pour a little bit of detergent on the stain and lather it in and throw it in the wash. If its a really bad stain, just get a bucket or something the clothing of item will fit in, fill it up with hot water and let it soak over night. I use to do that it all the stains came out.

Tide with baking soda works wonders on that
