use 2 pieces of cardboard and iron the jeans. (cardboard, jeans, cardboard. Iron the top cardboard.)

I have heard you can lay a pater towel ontop of the wax, use and iron to make the wax hot again and then pull up, then wash/cleans as you normally would. hope that helps.

  3. Robin C says:

Take off any dried wax that you can pick off. Then if your jean will take the iron. Place a strong paper towel under and over the stain. Lightly iron on a low setting over the paper towel. The wax should melt and be adsorbed by the paper towels. If the wax was dark colored, the dye in the candle may have stained the fabric. In that case, apply Tide directly to the stain, rub it in and let it sit for a while, and then wash as usual.

… in lieu of paper towel, place brown paper bag (i.e. grocery bag, lunch bag) under and on top of the wax and iron – the paper will absorb the wax and stand up better to the iron than paper towel would.
