how do you get dye from a red towel out of kahki pants? I’ve tried shout & detergent.the stain is still there

I leaned against a wet red dish cloth and the dye from it got onto my kahki pants. Can someone help me on how to get the stain out. Anything else i can use other then shout and detergent. ?

    you can buy this stuff made by ritt{ the fabric dye maker} that is called color remover. it works great. get it at the grocery store

    I think your too late as you have already washed them. I would have suggested zout or baking soda..Hope someone can give you a better answer

    Hey try palmolive original dish soap. put it on the spots that are stained and rub, let it soak for 10 minutes then put in the wash. Should come out clean.

    Have you tried using color-safe bleach if not try Clorox color-safe bleach make sure that its not regular bleach though because that wont be pretty OK…….Good luck, hope it works.
