    If it’s still wet, you can try alcohol of some type. Back when I was younger, a friend got a Hostess cherry pie on his brand-new white shirt. He sprayed Amway ‘Sweet Shot’ (a mouth spray with about 35% alcohol by volume) on the stained area, and when he was able to wash it, there was no trace of the cherry filling. Google ‘alcohol stain remover’ or something similar for help.

    If it’s dried… I’d probably try some stain-removal treatment once, and if it didn’t work, I’d throw them out.

    Hey now its better than fruit punch stains in them. I always get stains from icing stuck in my underwear lol

    Lol if it is white underwear, then you can just soak them in bleach for a few hours and then put them in the washer on their own cycle so that the bleach does not get on other clothes. If you don’t want to do that, or for some reason the stain still doesn’t come out, just toss them in the trash. I am sure you can get another white pair for cheap anyway. If you don’t mind my asking, why is there a grape koolaid stain in your underwear? Were you sitting around your house in your underwear and bra and drinking grape koolaid or something?

    My daughter got that stuff on a white shirt. I put it through washer and dryer and then saw it. I put on Grandma’s and it came out! This stuff is miracle stuff. Took out stains I had on shirts I refused to get rid of after years of washer/dryer. Also, took a spot out in our rug.
