    Wine Away.

It is a bottle you can purchase at a nice grocery store and liquor store. Costing about $10 per bottle, it can get rid of wine stain from carpet, clothes, linens, etc. We managed to get a huge wine stain – entire glass of nice dark cabernet – out of a very expensive rug with about 1/5 bottle of wine away, and the rug looked as good as new. You can also use Wine Away for stain from food dyes.

try clear dish soap and cold water
    or vinegar/water

  3. Anonym says:

Take dishwashing detergent(liquid) and baking soda and scrub that spot with both……repeat the procedure if necessary. When the stain is out, remove as much of the soap as possible and let it try….that should take care of it.

  4. Sunshine says:

Cold water and blot with a clean rag, if it is a fresh stain.

Large liquor warehouses (think Beverages and More) have a product called Wine Out, which is kinda like a spray Oxyclean in a can……works wonderfully……….BTW, that’s why I switched back to white wine………no stains!!! Enjoy and Cheers!!

  6. Sarah says:

just put salt on it then stick a towell over it the salt wil absorb the wine

  7. Yo dawg says:

pour table salt over the stain, assuming it is somewhat fresh. the salt absorbs it, then VACUUM the salt up. If you try to wipe the salt up, it will just stain back in again

  8. D says:

pour tonic water on the stain and then cover it with salt…
