How would one go about removing the ugly white salt stains from soft leather shoes? I recently made the mistake of wearing a pair of high-end soft leather sneakers outside after it had recently snowed and now I have salt stains on the sides of the sneakers. The sneakers are made entirely of leather (except for the soles and inner lining) and the leather is not shiny like on formal shoes but more natural like on a leather jacket (not as flimsy). Not really being a leather expert, I don’t know if I am making much sense with the description and for that I apologize. Any help would be appreciated.
