I have this nasty salt stains from the ice they use in the winter on my nice boots. Any simple at home ways to get these stains out?? THANKS!

    •1 Mix equal parts white vinegar and water in a small bowl. You only need a small amount to clean salt stains.

    •2 Dip a corner of a piece of cotton cloth into the bowl.

    •3 Use the dampened cotton cloth to buff out the salt stains on your suede boots.

    •4 Restore the nap of the suede by brushing it with a new toothbrush until dry. Not only will this keep the nap in good condition, it will soak up any excess moisture.

    I’d say let them dry, then brush off with a shoe brush. Then if the stains are still there, dab or carefully wipe with a damp cloth. Let dry and brush again. I’m sure there are also suede care products out there. The boots I used to own came with a packet of something like Scotch-ga
