Scrape off as much as you can.

Pad with paper towels under and on top of the stain and press with an iron.

As the towels absorb the wax, change towels.

Rub with Tide, brush in with a soft toothbrush.

Let it set for about 30 minutes and then wash in warm water with a couple more pairs of jeans to balance the load.

try using an iron with a press cloth or wash cloth, the heat from the iron should melt the wax onto the cloth

First scrape off as much as you can. Use ammonia it dissolves wax. Apply it directly to wax and scrub by hand. The odor will be overwhelming. You can use the washing machine. Set the washer to lowest load size. Add detergent and one cup of ammonia, and your jeans. Do not mix ammonia and chlorine beach.
    Good luck!

If you’re talking about candle wax you should iron it out
I have to know this because I do batik in school and I’m stupid enough to spill hot wax on my school skirt Dx
Ironing it will add heat and melt it out, you should have paper or something underneath it so it won’t go on the table or surface or whatever it is you’re ironing it on. And keep ironing it until the wax stops coming out.
