First after cleaning find out why this cat might be spraying. Are they fixed and showing their dominance. Do they need a different type of cat litter or litter box. Lots of factors could be contributing to this. And read the following in the link its the best way I have found to remove the smell. And thats with all the big name products that claime to do the same which really dont.

From a my vet hope it helps:

Ugh, cat spraying. Spraying is not a litter box problem, but rather, is a behavior to mark territory. It is a communication system for cats, but not so cute on indoor walls and furniture.

To prevent spraying, you may wish to consult your vet about neutering your (male) cat and checking for possible medical causes. You can help by paying attention to the reasons he or she is spraying (yes, sometimes even females have this nasty habit).
