How do you remove a nail polish stain from a white jacket?

I was painting my nails when i spilt a dot of black finger nail polish on my aeropostle jacket! Is it possible to remove a stain like that? If so….How? What do i use??!!

    Nail polish remover. It is your only hope. Don’t be afraid to dump it on the stain…basically washing it with the remover. Try to isolate the stain as much as possible prior – you want to avoid spreading the stain as much as possible. It should work. Good luck

    Look at the care label on the jacket to see what it’s made of before you do anything. You may be able to use nail polish remover but use a cotton ball and dab it on so you aren’t drowning the jacket in it. You will need to keep using new cotton balls because black is had to get out. Just keep dabbing it and pressing a dry cotton ball on it afterwards to remove excess nail polish remover.

    I would take the jacket to a dry cleaners who should be able to remove the stain prior to cleaning. If you attempt to remove this your self you may leave a residual spot on the jacket. My dad and grandfather were both drycleaners.
